Jim Schwarz photographers have photographed competitions for more than 25 years. Jim himself is a competitive bodybuilder and has place first in many competitions. Jim and fellow photographer Tim Gaffin have shot competitions in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana. Jim photographs competitors at a backdrop with professional studio flashes while Tim shoots the competition Jim knows the poses and efficiently directs competitors for their portraits at the backdrop, and Tim provides images of the competitors during morning and evening shows highlighting competitors on stage individually and also in comparisons.
